  • How it works

    01

    Expression of Interest

    Start by downloading and completing a short Expression of Interest form.

    Submit your completed form using the enquiry form on the contact page.

    We’ll review your project for eligibility, strategic fit and potential impact.

    If it meets our criteria, you’ll be invited to submit a full application.

    Application & Assessment

    If invited, you’ll complete a full application with more detail on your project, finance and impact in Greater Manchester.

    Your application will then be:

    • Assessed against published criteria
    • Reviewed by the Fund Manager
    • Subject to due diligence checks

    Investment Decision

    Recommendations are made by the Fund Manager and considered by an Investment Panel.

    Final decisions are made in line with the Fund’s priorities — supporting a strong, balanced portfolio of projects that deliver real impact for Greater Manchester.

    For productions based outside Greater Manchester delivering significant activity in the region.

    Use this route if your project is based outside Greater Manchester but will bring production, spend or activity into the city-region.

    Greater Manchester Productions

    For GM-based production companies and projects rooted in the city-region.

    Use this route if you are a Greater Manchester-based company or your project is developed or produced in the city-region.

    Submitting your Expression of Interest

    Download and complete the relevant Expression of Interest form, then submit it using the enquiry form on the contact page.

    Select “Expression of Interest” and upload your completed form.
